QuadPay is a payment platform that gives shoppers the option to pay for their purchases over an extended period of time, via four (4) simple installments. QuadPay empowers shoppers to buy now, pay later, and avoid paying interest!
QuadPay gives you the choice to divide your Unfazed Tees purchase into four (4) simple installments. Pay for your large order over time rather than paying all-at-once. QuadPay is great for automatically splitting your large purchase into small manageable interest-free installments.
As long as you make your installment payments on time, there is never a cost to using QuadPay.
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must meet the requirements listed below:
- Live in the United States
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
- Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase
No, there won't be a hard credit check. QuadPay will never perform a hard inquiry on its customers. QuadPay won't show up on your credit report and there will be no impact on your credit rating by using QuadPay.
All U.S. credit and debit cards are accepted by QuadPay. Acceptable card payments include but are not limited to American Express and Discover.
However, QuadPay cannot accept any debit or credit cards from overseas or pre-paid debit cards.
QuadPay assesses multiple various information points about customers and their purchases to algorithmically determine a customers' eligibility to use their service. The assessment is undertaken independently of the retail partner(s).

To sign up, QuadPay requires your date of birth, mobile number, and either a valid debit or credit card. After the initial sign up, we only need you to enter your mobile number to purchase via QuadPay. No need to worry, QuadPay is completely safe and secure
You will be able to sign up once you reach the checkout page.
QuadPay will send you payment reminders via E-mail and SMS before each of your payments are due.
No worries, Simply make sure you notify QuadPay as soon as possible to avoid any late fees. If your payment method is not current or can't make your payment by the current due date, Please contact QuadPay here.
Note: QuadPay will determine whether or not a payment due date can be changed.
You may request a payment due date change by contacting support@quadpay.com. It may take 24-48 hours for the update to be reflected.
The first payment is 25% of your total purchase price which will be made at the time of checkout. The next three (3) remaining payments will be billed automatically every two weeks from your first payment.
Your returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled by Unfazed Tees, where you originally purchased your items. Contact Unfazed Tees as soon as possible to start the refund, return, or exchange process on time. As soon as Unfazed Tees processes and notifies QuadPay of the return, you will be automatically refunded that amount and QuadPay will cancel any applicable future payments.

You may view the status of your QuadPay account in the Customer Portal.
In the case of a total full refund, as soon as QuadPay is notified by Unfazed Tees of your return, you will be refunded the amount you've paid to-date and QuadPay will cancel all future payments.
Please remember, if you have only made one installment payment, QuadPay can only refund what you have paid, Not the entire amount of the original purchase.
Example:
Jessica makes a $100 purchase and has already paid her first $25 installment at the time of purchase. Unfazed Tees ships her item, but it is the wrong size. She returns the item to Unfazed Tees and is expecting a full refund.
After Unfazed Tees approves the return of her item, she receives a refund of $25. She does not receive $100 because she has only made one $25 installment payment. The remainder of her installment payments has been canceled and she will not owe QuadPay any further payments for the returned item.
In the case of a refund that is partial (for example, you’ve only returned part of an order) QuadPay will start by reducing your last installment by that amount, then if it is more than that, QuadPay will deduct it from your last and second last installment - and so on.
QuadPay may take several business days to process your refunds, once they are received by the QuadPay system. If you have not received notification of your refund (or have not received the refund) in 15 days, please QuadPay, and they will look into the matter further for you.
Yes, you may pay QuadPay early. Log in to QuadPay’s Customer Portal and select the order you would like to pay off early. You can access the QuadPay customer portal at: https://customer.quadpay.com.
An automated system is used by QuadPay, various factors are analyzed to determine spending limits and eligibility. Please remember that QuadPay won't automatically approve all orders. QuadPay requires you to pay 25% of the purchase amount at the time of check out. The order will not be approved by QuadPay if you Do Not Pay the initial 25% of the purchase amount. However, If a customer is a trusted repeat purchaser and has made all their installment payments on time, then the approval odds and Spending limit for QuadPay will be higher.
